I began my home baking and cake decorating business in Spain in 2013. Having always been an avid cook I became interested in cake decorating when I moved to Spain. Initially my requests came from the LAPS charity, which I support, to make cakes for their cake stall. I was, and still am more than happy to do this, but my interest in baking and decorating broadened, as I began to understand what was possible within the cake world.
I have now taken many cake design, decorating and baking courses both in the UK and the USA.
The philosophy of Bakerella is that the cake on the inside should taste as beautiful as it looks on the outside, hence Bakerella offers a delicious range of different cake flavours, which are complemented with a range of home made syrups and creams for fillings.
No order is too small and cake sizes start from 4 inches – which can make an original small gift for a birthday etc. when hand decorated and presented.
